Privacy Policy
Quotigo is a quoting and invoicing tool for tradespeople and small service businesses. This policy explains, in plain language, exactly what data the app collects, where it lives, and how you can access, correct or delete it.

01Who runs Quotigo
Quotigo is developed and operated by an independent developer, contactable at support@quotigo-crm.ch. This policy applies to the Quotigo Android application and its backend services.
02Data we collect
Quotigo only collects data you actively enter to use the app. We do not use trackers, analytics SDKs or advertising IDs, and the app contains no ads.
Account data
When you create an account, we store your e-mail address and an encrypted password (or a Google-issued identity token if you sign in with Google).
Business profile
Optionally: company name, VAT number, business address, phone, business e-mail, IBAN and payment instructions. This appears on the quotes and invoices you generate — it is never used for anything else.
Client data
The contact details you save for your own clients: name, company, phone, e-mail, address and free-text notes. You are the data controller for this information; Quotigo processes it only on your instruction, to provide the app's core functionality.
Documents
Quotes and invoices you create, including their line items, prices and status.
We never sell, rent, or share this data with data brokers or advertisers. There is nothing to opt out of, because nothing is collected beyond what is listed above.
03Storage & synchronization
Your data is stored locally on your device, in the app's private sandboxed storage (an SQLite database and app preferences) that other apps cannot access.
When you are signed in, the same data is synchronized with our backend, Supabase (hosted in the EU), so it can be restored if you reinstall the app or switch devices. All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
04Subscriptions & payments
Quotigo Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through Google Play Billing. Purchases are processed entirely by Google Play — Quotigo never sees or stores your card number, billing address or other payment credentials.
We use RevenueCat to keep track of which entitlements are active. RevenueCat receives a randomly generated, anonymous subscriber ID together with your purchase and subscription-status events (product purchased, renewal date, cancellation). We do not send your e-mail, name or any client data to RevenueCat.
05Service providers we use
We rely on a small number of processors to run Quotigo. Each only receives the minimum data needed to perform its function, and none are permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

06Your rights
Under the Swiss FADP and, where applicable, the EU GDPR, you can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time:
- Edit your business profile, clients or documents directly in the app.
- Delete individual clients or documents from the relevant list screen.
- Use Profile → Delete Account to permanently remove your business profile, clients and documents from our servers.
07Account & data deletion
You can delete your account and all associated server-side data at any time, without contacting support:
- Open Quotigo and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
This immediately deletes your business profile, clients and documents from our servers and signs you out. Data cached on the device is cleared on sign-out.
Don't have the app installed? Email support@quotigo-crm.ch from the address on your account and request deletion — we will confirm and delete your data within 30 days.
Your sign-in e-mail is retained in our authentication provider until you separately request its removal by contacting us, as noted above.
08Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active, so the app can function. If you delete your account, business, client and document data is removed from our servers immediately; backups are purged on our standard rotation, within 30 days.
09Security
Data in transit between the app and our servers is protected by TLS. On your device, data lives in Quotigo's private, sandboxed storage, isolated from other apps by the Android operating system; the app does not apply additional encryption on top of this.
10Children's privacy
Quotigo is a business tool for tradespeople and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where required, notify you in the app.
